Debbie Wilson
A graduate of Central Michigan University with a Bachelor of Science in Child Development and a minor in child psychology, Debbie received her training at MECA-Seton (Montessori Education Centers Associated) in Chicago, Illinois. She has been an educator for over 16 years, teaching Pre-Primary and Extended Kindergarten. As the Directress, Debbie brings her experience to help develop and coordinate a school that embraces Maria Montessori's vision for education.

Nancy Grubich
Educated at Montana State University in Child Development and teaching Nursery School and Pre-Kindergarten before arriving to MMS in 1989, Nancy brings 31 years of experience to our school. A Childcare Director before arriving and Midland Montessori's Childcare Director for 17 years, Nancy now uses her administrative background and experience to help the school in a variety of areas.
Office Manager
Pegg Woodby Pegg has been at Midland Montessori since 1997. After graduating from Saginaw Business Institute and attending Delta College, she worked administratively in the power industry for 20+ years. Prior to her position as Office Manager, Pegg worked as an Assistant Teacher at MMS for two years.
