SUMMER PROGRAM

Midland Montessori School offers a Summer Program for children ages 2 1/2 to 8. Children are grouped according to age and program selection. The summer program involves our All Day, Half Day & School Day curriculum, under the guidance of a Lead Montessori staff member. We also have a group of 5 to 8 year olds who are guided by a qualified staff member, enjoying older activities and trips following the Montessori Philosophy.

Along with many fun and innovated ideas for all age groups, special visitors and trips out into our community expose the children to so much more. The children are involved in daily activities that continue their exploration of their environment, challenge them physically and create a sense of family.

The Summer program typically runs early June to the end of August, Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

Please contact the school for more information.

INFANT/TODDLER & TODDLER SUMMER PROGRAM

Midland Montessori School's Infant/Toddler and Toddler Programs are for children ages 6 weeks to 30 months. The summer program under the guidance of a Lead staff member, allows the children the opportunity to either carry on the Montessori philosophy they have been using, or introduce new children to the practices before the fall session starts. The children will engage in care of self and care of environment activities. There will be daily opportunities to work in sensorial, practical life, language, math, and art areas.

SUMMER CAMPS

Summer camps at Midland Montessori are a fun way to expose your child to our school. Each year brings a new variety of topics and teachers who plan activities and projects for children ages 3 to 6. These camps are offered on a weekly basis, both morning and afternoon. Typical hours would be 8:30 to 11:30 a.m. or 12:30 to 3:30 p.m. Information becomes available each year after Spring Break.
